By having an organized space in which all your food can be laid out based on health benefits and/or colour, you will feel healthier and be more motivated to make healthy choices. This can be as simple as adding more shelving or installing wire dividers.
Change your lighting:
Dim lighting helps set your mind to rest-mode. Brighter light motivates you and empowers you to be your best self. Each room of your house should have very different lighting to be purposeful in making you feel energized. To customize your lighting, you can install new lighting fixtures, add different style lamps or simply choose curtains with different thicknesses to be appropriate for different rooms.
